Joumana’s team came up with a great floor plan, opening it all up to maximize the space and the view. Her designers recommended fixtures and fittings we probably would not have chosen without their guidance but they all look divine. And her sub-contractors, the unsung heroes, not only did a great job but conducted themselves in a way that meant our neighbours in the unit block are still our friends.
We found them to be always polite and cheerful, mindful of stop/start times and very careful to leave common areas clean and tidy at the end of every work day. You can take all of that for granted until you talk to people who still have bad blood with their neighbours because of how their tradespeople behaved during a renovation, we had none of that, Joumana has collected a great team around her. Even the best planned projects will have their challenges, and ours certainly did, but the end result is wonderful, and we would not have gotten there without Joumana and her team.”
