We made the decision to use House 2 Home for the simple reason is that we are not designers and this was our first big venture into the building process.

I would recommend engaging H2H without hesitation, especially if you are looking for someone who has market contacts, market experience and can be your advocate should something not go exactly as you might have anticipated.

I made the comment during the process that it became very obvious that the reputation of H2H relies upon the capability of others to perform. This was very true in our experience. We encountered a bit if a challenge with one supplier/contractor however I made it my mission not to become directly involved but rather leave it to the experts who have a vested interest of ensuring that the client (us) came to the end of the build satisfied with the end product. Joumana directed the process exactly as I would have hoped and this is testament to the pride that she has in her business.
